Multisite Tracking Per Domain

Currently, I’ve been setting up individual subuser accounts with unique API keys per site, and this has been working though it’s time-consuming to get all sites switched over to this method.

Is there a way the plugin could pass on a bit of information about which individual account sent a particular email? That way when I’m checking the bounces and invalids I can quickly track down which domain it came from?
