Multisite transferred not working

    So, I asked our new hosting provider to migrate our WordPress Multisite, and they did. I tested it before pointing the domain to their server. And it all worked fine.

    Once the domain was pointing to their server our multisite didn’t work. We’re only able to access the main site domainname.com and the main site backend.

    When we try to visit the second site (us.domainname.com) it either gives us an error or redirects us to a site which seems to be hosted in the same server than ours.

    I have, in the meantime, created a subdomain (which I didn’t create before) for us.domainname.com in the cPanel and redirected to the main site, just to avoid having users getting an error.

    I really need to have both websites working as they are in a different language, sort of, one in AU English and other in US English. They also have slightly different information.

    domainname.com is configured to have an SSL certificate, whilst us.domainname.com doesn’t.

    I’ve been trying to find a solution but I’m not very familiar with WordPress, servers… etc.

    Is there someone that could guide me through possible causes of error and a solution?

    It appears you’ve resolved your subdomain issues as both the main and the us. versions are working OK from what I can see. Your pages are showing a mixed content security warning though. Some img tags in content apparently have https:// protocol src attributes.

    Thanks bcworkz, Yes, we solved the issue… it was the htaccess file with single website code.

    Any good tip to rapidly resolve the HTTP:// protocol src attribute? I should try manually otherwise.
