Multisite with Developer license is not working

  • Hi,
    purchased the Developer license for a multisite we are working on. It worked perfect before converting to multisite and had the Personal license. Purchased the Developer license and set up both sites, but neither work, using the same settings. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    The linked page is a WooCommerce product. I assume you want the zoom on the product gallery.

    Would you please make sure you have the “Enable the zoom on WooCommerce products” option checked, as shown in this screenshot?

    If you have a caching plugin installed, then you need to purge the caches, then you can check if it works on the website.

    This option is checked on both sites and it has been pushed to staging environment to remove all caching, however it still does not work.

    For whatever reason on the frontend’s HTML it looks like the “Enable the zoom on WooCommerce products” is not checked.

    On our multi-site test website everything seems to be working alright.

    Would you please uncheck the option and then check it again?

    Hey Diana –
    I have unchecked, then saved, then checked again and saved, to see if that solves the issue. No luck!
    The roll over works in the WP Image Zoom admin area, when on the Zoom Settings tab and I roll over the image. That works! Unfortunately, the roll over is not working on my product images.

    There are three sites each with their own WordPress Admin using the WP Image Zoom license.
    connectracdev.wpengine.com (turned on and activated, but not using yet)
    connectracdev.wpengine.com/us/shop/ (turned on and activated, only on product pages)
    connectracdev.wpengine.com/ca/shop/ (turned on and activated, only on product pages)
