Multisite with sub-domains on Justhost not working

  • Hi, I have my main WordPress website, vibrant-marketing.com, installed fine on Justhost. Then i followed the directions to install multisite. I’m trying to add WordPress on a subdomain: therandallhouse.vibrant-marketing.com.

    I followed the directions here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Create_A_Network

    Then I went ahead and added the subdomain via cpanel as well as the * wildcard in the subdomain area. Later I want to do domain mapping.

    I could not figure out why my new subdomain was blank. Then I found out there were no WordPress files in the subdomain folder in my ftp. So then I manually uploaded WordPress files to my ftp (for the new subdomain therandallhouse), created a new database/user/password and put all that information in the wp-config file.

    Still nothing.

    It’s a blank page. The database is blank but I figure if i went to the install page it would set up the database.

    Is there something else I can do?
