Multisite with “sub folder”

Hello, your plugin seems to be what I want and I have my finger on the purchase button. However I am going to run it on a multisite that uses “sub folders” instead of “sub domains” and it doesn’t seem to work correct in this scenario.

The plugin does the sorting. But displays the products on the root page, not the initial sub folder page.

Example
I do the sorting on: example.com/subsite
The result is displayed on: example.com/?swoof=1&product_tag=example-tag
(I can get it to display correct if I add “subsite” manually to the URL like: example.com/subsite/?swoof=1&product_tag=example-tag)

Any ideas on how I can get around this issue?
