The theme is activated in the network admin- dashboard – themes. I double checked in the dashboards of the subdomains, same theme activated.

Subdomains: you can recognize the same theme but below the footer it shows this:

I have tested with 3 different themes and the same problem appeared every time.
    Can anyone help?

    Thank you!

  • I’m sorry, I should have been clearer.
Under Network Admin | Sites | edit any subsite
You will see under the “Info” tab, a checkbox for “Path” that reads “Update siteurl and home as well.”

I checked that box, in all of my 26 subsites…issue resolved.

So … you changed them to be the same? You know that by DEFAULT when you make a site, they are. How on earth did you change ’em in the first place?

    Sorry.
    I cannot follow.
when I follow this path network admin / sites / i have the option new sites or edit sites.
where did you see “edit any subsite?”

    I just checked the box.

So you’re saying when you CREATED your subsite, it defaulted to those URLs being different?

I’m being pedantic becuase that’s very much not default behavior ??

    Just to keep you informed:
When I created a new subsite, the theme displayed correctly in that subsite.
Hence I deleted the previous created ones (seeing they were empty) and started from scratch.
    All is fine now.
