That’s a good question! You can update the WooCommerce database via the command-line, using WP CLI.

I’ve run the command, get this output:

Success: No updates required. Database version is 6.0.0

However, on the sub-site, the admin message “WooCommerce database update required” remains active.

When you post your topic please attach a screenshot of where it is prompting to update the WooCommerce database on the sub-site, as you stated.
