MultiSite wordpress won't let me install plugins?

    I installed wordpress multinetwork so that i could use a plugin.
    after that there was no button to install new plugins!
    did anyone get this problem?
    (btw only the default ones show in the list of avalible plugins)

    wow.all i did was select network admin from the “howdy ztech,”menu!
    any one who cannot find it there should be in the upper right corder a link”howdy name”and click it and click “network admin.”
