Multisites on localhost8080

I’m new to WP. I installed USBWebserver, and wp on my pc. Everything went smoothly. I started working on a project, I mean creating a website on wp. After I finished that website, I wanted to make another website, so I decided to run multisite installation. I followed the steps, I chose the subdirectory option and I modified the wp-config and .htaccess. So far so good. but after I added a new site, and tried to go to that new site dashboard, the page didn’t load. It says “the webpage is not available.”. What is the problem here? Any suggestion please? I use WP 4.2.3.
