MultiStep form not working

The multi step form is not working and the wheel just keeps spinning.
It was working a year ago but stopped working since, It is working when testing the wordpress page in preview mode but not on the page itself.
I see multiple posts about this, most of them are issues with caching plugins, however I don’t have any caching plugins on this site, so not sure what could be causing it.
