Multistep new form builder – Invalid Form ID, Form not found

    Hi

    I’ve updated to the new form builder but after second step of multi-step form it doesn’t go further. On js console I get

    Invalid Form ID, Form not found donationFormRegistrars.js?ver=3.7.0

    Default payment for visual form builder is correctly set.

    I’m glad you reached out. I can certainly help you.

    When I access your site and check the developer console, I can see the following error, too:

    Error: Stripe gateway settings are missing. Check your Stripe settings.

    What is likely happening here is that you did not fill in all the necessary information for Stripe and/or did not connect it accordingly. Can you disconnect and reconnect your Stripe again? Use the connect method, not API keys.

    thanks for answering but it was not due to Stripe gateway. I’ve disconnected the gateway since I didn’t need it, but error still occurs.

    Can’t see a way out…

    Can it be like another case that I’ve installed my WordPress for the developing phase on a subfolder of the domain? like https://www.mymainsite.it/dev ?
