Multivendor Basket & Checkout

Hi there,

I keep receiving this error when I try to add products to my basket from different vendors:
Item(s) from one store already in your cart. First checkout with those and then purchase from other stores!

The Disable Multivendor Checkout box is unchecked yet it still pops up.
I urgently require assistance with this.
