    What does it mean when the WordPress add-on Post smp sends the following error message: 5.7.0 Mail quota exceeded for [email protected]: You have exceeded the limit of 200 messages per hour and per account. Please, re-try later. Closing connection, please refrain from sending too many mails

You should contact your service provider to request an increase in your email limit. Alternatively, you can consider using the Advanced Email Delivery and Logs Extension of the Post SMTP plugin. This extension provides you with the feature of Flexible Quota Scheduling by which you can set the number of emails to send and the interval (per hour, day, week, or month) between them to ensure optimal email distribution.
