Music plays when I Edit product??? Malware?

Hi there for some reason when I go to edit any product I get this music playing and I have no idea where it is coming from is this some kind of hack that has infiltrated my website? Any ideas please let me know people , I have tried scanning my site in cpanel but nothing comes up.
