Must disable NextGen Gallery to edit event post

    I’m running WP v5.0.3, the very latest “Divi” theme (v3.19.11). When I try to edit an Event post type via the “Very Simple Event List” plugin (v9.3), I get the following error and the only way I can edit the post is to disable the NextGen gallery (v3.1.6). CAN YOU HELP?!

    Hi @intelliga,

    I am sorry to hear of the inconveniences. Let’s first try to figure out if there aren’t any different plugins conflicting here by temporarily deactivating all of them excepting NextGen Gallery, Very Simple Event List and perhaps the Divi Builder that you may use.

    Please let us know if the JS conflict persists in the above case.

    I’m the author of the VSEL plugin and I have encountered the same issue..

    When I open an event (custom post type) in dashboard using the new editor and click the Featured Image box I’m getting this error:

    
The editor has encountered an unexpected error.
