I have been looking for a plugin like this since I started using WP. I use a lot of plugins. I try a lot of plugins to find what I need. I know that they create things and leave them behind.

I have optimizers and use them regularly. This plugin found all sorts of non- WP core stuff. Each item found is clearly indicated with the plugin it is associated with – and whether those plugins are active/inactive or not there.

I had/have posted support questions about this exact thing, and now closed the last thread.
