Must have plugin?

    Hi, I am new about wordpress and making site but I have made an account to cloudflare website and set basic settings.
    My question is, should I also use plugin in wordpress with email and API code or is it enough just to have a website connected in your home site https://www.cloudflare.com?

    Also, can you send me which settings are mostly used and useful.
