Must I place the Adsense verification code myself?

    Hello. I just subscribed to Adsense and it’s not clear to me whether just placing my Publisher Id in the Settings of your plugin and checking the box “Insert the AdSense header code used for verification and the Auto Ads feature.” is enough? Do I still have to manually place the verification code in the Header.php or does Advanced Ads take care of that? Thank you.

    thanks for reaching out.

    You indeed only need to add the publisher ID and check the option for the verification and Auto ads code and Advanced Ads will make sure that it is placed correctly. No need to code anything.

    When logged-in, you should see the admin toolbar in the frontend of your site (if you didn’t disable it). When you open the “Ad Health” menu you should see a short notice about the Auto ads code being placed.
