  • Are your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) in Settings > General accurate?

    WordPress address is where the it is installed and if you want your site homepage to be different from the directory you installed WordPress, you change the Site Address field.

    Thanks for reply!!!

    I am not sure where exactly the WordPress address. I have Filezilla and i could not find any sub directory folder. How do I change the site address field?

    Also, I went into the sub directory and try to go to setting or dashboard as https://www.vsideas.com/jackysu/wp-admin but the page back to
    main site and display following message
    ” Log In
    An error occurred during the activation
    Invalid activation key.”
