Hi, I am concidering to buy your plugin and I have seen your demo about it. As far as I understand a customer must create a new account (if not available already) in order to use partial payment. In our webshop all customers are free to create own account or not, hence they can buy without ”My account”. Does your plugin make sure that if customer want use partial payment he/she has to create new account on site? Thanks.

Hi, thanks for considering our Deposits plugin. Our premium version allows you to create deposit orders without creating accounts or login. But we recommend using accounts for better tracking and maintaining orders. Thanks!

    Thank you for your reply.

You did not understand my question. I ment that it is NOT good thing if customer can by without login, because, how can he/she then pay a future payment of partial payment? ?I understand that the future payments of partial payment are managed in users own ”My Account” -page? What happen if customer buy a product and pay only deposit money, how he can pay future payment if he/She has no own account availabe at all?

I would expect that your plugin has a feature which FORCES customer to login (or create new account if not exist) in order to “Check out” or order to ?“Submit order”?

Other thing, in your demo version after “Submit order”-page all the amounts are wrong, only “Due Amount” is correct and all others are the same amount; “Partial payment” for order xxx”, “Total of order” and “To pay” – amounts are all the same amount (excatly) than the “Due Amount”)?

Hi, our premium version already has the feature for user login. You can restrict the usage of deposits only to logged users and non-logged. Also, you can restrict using user roles as well. Hope you can check this on our premium version demo. Regarding the case of deposit calculation, it is dependent on several backend settings. There are several settings for tax, shipping, coupons, etc. Hope you can check all these factors. Also, there are chances of our demo being used by several users at the same time. So always check the settings.

Can you show me where/how this ”restrict usage of deposit” only for logged users / non logged users is set up in premium version of plugin?

You can use the setting as in the screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/2z5ev2sk

Ok, great. If log in is required in settings and then a customer is buying some product without log in, does your plugin ask customer to log in (or create account) and In that way allows a customer to continue deposit shopping?

I tested your plugin and it seems working , but I would buy it only if you can improve it a bit, like it shows all the time “Deposit” option on product page but if customer is not logged in, it asks log in. If customer not log in, then “Deposit”- option does not work for him. That is because if Deposit option is not visible all the time on page, customer doesn’t know that that option is available at all OR it requires lot of written instructions on page how to get available.

After re-testing, could you explain me again how to customer manages his future payment if he buy a product in webshop without logged in and pay only deposit payment there? What is the way he will pay his future payment if he has not created any account in webshop site at all? Example: He pay deposit payment today in webshop and then he should pay his coming future payment in next month, how to proceed that future payment from customer point of view?
