My Account Dashboard Customization not working

At the moment you will see the iVo Points History Table below the account – i have added this on to the wordpress page as a shortcode below the woocommerce shortcode.

I would like to get this table showing in the dashboard, and have tried adding some text and the shortcode in Booster settings, but nothing is showing up.

Also I am trying to hide the 2 pieces of standard text by selecting the tick boxes, but this isn’t working either.
