    Hi Support,

I tried Ultimate Member for a while and I have another issue:

After I logged in and clicked on the gear icon to edit account info, the “My Account” link doesn’t lead me to /homepage/account, but to agapedc.org/?page_id=1136 instead which leads to a “No Results Found” – I think it’s a search result.

Thanks for any suggestion or advice~
    Simon

Ok. I tried and the result is the same.

But I found another issue – I replaced the “Account” page created by UM with a normal page created by DIVI with UM Account shortcode in it for another test. But it seems like not working…

After I changed the UM-created page back, it works now. Strange, it seems like the pages created by UM do have special coding there.

Thanks a lot Champ Camba for your quick response and help!

    Hi @rootstone

Does the shortcode show as a plain text on the page created by Divi?

    Yes, I think.

I just checked the UM created Account page, it has the same section and Row, and text module as Divi created Account page.

    Thanks~<

    Hi @rootstone

Does the text module support the shortcode? If the shortcode is displayed as plain text, your text module doesn’t support the shortcode. You need to use a shortcode field for UM shortcodes.

Yes, I use different plugins’ shortcodes, which work fine.

    But anyway, it works now.
