Is there any shortcode or php codes so i can show orders/customers lists on page ?

Yes i want one page where admins only can see all customers and orders lists but they can not accessible other pages posts comments and other stuff in wp-admin

Or any role so we can assign and they can only see orders/customers lists in page we will create

A customized user role seems to me the best method to achieve what you need.

You can assign the users the Shop Manager role, and tweak its permissions as needed with a plugin, such as the following:

• PublishPress Capabilities
• Members
• Groups

No it is not what i am looking,
i just want one page where all orders and customers show and only user can login this page who have password that’s all

With the extensions I suggested above you should probably be able to display all orders and customers to the designated user role, while not providing them access to other wp-admin panels.
However, the extensions won’t allow you to display the orders and users on a single page.

I couldn’t find any plugin that does that.

After creating a page for this table to display on, you can make the page Password protected, allowing only users with the password, access to that page:
