Any additional content I’ve added to the My Account page (as defined in WooCommerce | Settings | Advanced) does not show up on the live page. Similarly, any additional content I’ve added to any page that uses the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode does not show up.

The specific example is that I’ve historically made the My Account page have the WC My Account features on the top, and then below that there is other information, including messaging to dealers about pricing and links to commonly-purchased products.

Is what I’m observing how it’s supposed to work now? I don’t see this on a site that’s still running WooCommerce 3.3.5, though there are myriad other differences between the sites, too.

If I ought to be able to see any additional content on the My Account page, then I’ll spend some more time tracking down my issue. I just don’t want to spend hours troubleshooting something if it’s merely the new way of doing something rather than a bug.

    Hi there,

I have seen some themes in the past that strips out content on the “My Account” page, so that would be a good start.

With that said, here’s what the “My Account” page looks like on my local testing installation (note the additional content sections) while running the latest version of WooCommerce:

    And here’s the admin view:

Oh yes – The theme there is https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/ ??

I’m also using Storefront, so it doesn’t seem like it would be a theme thing.

That’s good, I guess. Now I just have to figure out what the root cause of my issue might be.

I’ve not had any issues with other WooCommerce shortcodes, so I’m starting from scratch. I can do the typical “deactivate plugins” type of troubleshooting myself, but I don’t have any insight into what makes the My Account page special in WC that might contribute. If you have any starting points or suggestions, they would be valued.

Thanks for the help – just confirming that this isn’t a WC / Storefront “feature” was useful.

    I’m dumb.

A plugin that I’m using to help with a customized product page design also has the “feature” of overwriting the My Accounts page.

    Thanks for the help.
