'My Account Page' not found

    I just activated UsersUltra 1.4.56 and right away received the following messages:

    “Please make sure that you’ve set the right My Account Page. Users Ultra couldn’t find it and some important features such as password reset, account confirmation won’t work properly. Click here to set the My Account Page.”

    “Please create ‘wp-content/usersultramedia’ folder with 0755 attribute. You can create it automatically by clicking here.”

    Currently I’m using Profile Builder to manage my users but I’d like to try UU.

    Does setting “My Account Page” and/or “synchronizing users” harm in any way my current working configuration or prevent any user login? I just would like to be sure that executing these steps won’t block in any way me or my users in accessing our site.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

    Users ultra won’t touch the users database. If you wish to use the UU login form then you will have to synchronize your users. UU comes with the “sync” features. If you do that then your user shouldn’t have any issue to login.

    However, please make sure you make a backup of your database before switching to UU.
