    HI,
My Account page on WooCommerce doesn’t let me see anything apart from the Dashboard. When I click any other link it just takes me back to the dashboard even though the url is correct for whatever link I click. I’ve checked the shop settings and they are all correct. I’ve deactivated all the plugins and switched themes and that didn’t fix it. The error message in the Javascript console is this
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.alternativeanimal.com/account/orders/’ was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form that targets an insecure endpoint ‘https://docs.woothemes.com/’. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection.
I’ve used a plugin called SSL Content to try to fix the insecure endpoint but it didn’t work either.
I don’t know what else to do can you please help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

And all your End Points are mapped correctly in the settings?

    (@roxwhitt)

Yes and everything is updated to the latest version. I’m using the Storefront theme.

Do me a favor and Save Permalinks

Go to Settings > Permalinks and just click Save. Don’t change any inputs. Let me know when done.

I’ve already done that several times but I’ll do it again

    (@roxwhitt)

    Ok it’s done

ah no need then. Just cover all the bases.

There’s a slow stall to go to HTTPS from HTTP when going to the site. How do you have that configured? On the server or are you using something else like Cloudflare?

And have you tried disabling all plugins except for WC and refreshing?

    Thread Starter roxwhitt

    (@roxwhitt)

On the server. Ok I’ll try that

    Stef

    (@serafinnyc)

Sorry, I meant your SSL. That’s configured correctly? You’re not doing any force HTTPS from an htaccess file or config?

    Thread Starter roxwhitt

    (@roxwhitt)

Not that I know of. It was done thru the server. This problem just recently started.
Ok I disable all the plugins except for woocommerce and it didn’t change a thing

    (@roxwhitt)

Oh I may have found something. I left woocommerce active and switched to 2019 theme and now the account page is working. So now what? I gotta have Storefront?

    Stef

    (@serafinnyc)

    It’s working for me now.

So now, go and enable each plugin one by one and in between checking the page.

    Thread Starter roxwhitt

    (@roxwhitt)

ok that will take a while. Thanks for the help

You can still have storefront but we’re trying to troubleshoot exactly what and where. So we did the plugins. No change. We switched the theme and we got change. So something was added to Storefront, custom code, a snippet something that changed it.

You’re welcome. Once you find the issue let us know. I did see an error on the front end for the Facebook Chat. Maybe start with that one.

You have to turn back storefront though so that everything is the way it was.
