My Account show orders of a other customer

I understand you exported and imported a WooCommerce shop but a customer’s orders are showing under another customer’s account and the wrong customer name appears.

It sounds like something may have happened during the import.

Could you confirm how the shop was exported and imported? Did you use another plugin or extension?

It will be also great if you could share your current System Status Report.

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Yes that is correct. When I go to Woocommerce > Orders and open any order, the correct details appear under Billing and Shipping, but a different customer name appear under the ‘Customer:’ field.
No, we didn’t use a plugin. The export & import was done via the standard WordPress export / import function (under Tools). Will now paste the report below.

Hi there,

Thank you for specifying that you’ve exported and imported the whole site using the default WordPress exporter in Tools >> Export.

Since this behaviour persists during a conflict test – most likely, orders are assigned to incorrect users in the database.

It’s hard to say why exactly orders were assigned to different users, perhaps one of your plugins modifies how orders are stored in the database, and that threw off the default WordPress importer/exporter. Alternatively, perhaps user IDs on the new site are different from user IDs on the old site, and orders were assigned to old user IDs which are now used by different users.

If you still have the old site – I’d suggest deleting all orders and users on your new site, finding a customer and order export/import plugin and using that to migrate orders and users from the old site to the new one. That would be the easier solution.

If the old site is gone – there’s a chance you’ll have to edit the data in your database tables manually and assign orders to correct users.

You could also open the .XML file and check if orders are assigned to correct user IDs, and then check if the user IDs on the old and the new site match.

I also see that you have a WordPress Importer plugin installed – I assume you’ve installed it after migrating the data and it wasn’t used to actually import the data?
