my add media button is not showing when non log in user want to post

Hy, I`m searching this for a while.

I know that this is not a purpose of plug in but I want a non register users to my site because this plug in is ideal for my web site. I did that part but then…..

So my add media button is not showing when non log in user want to post a image ( it is showing in admin, log in user view).I can see the text but not an image.

I read all the topics, try everything but nothing.
