my admin account doesnt exist

    Hi
    I just bought and hosted a new domain and used the hostgator quick install to install wordpress.
    I received the confirmation (congratulations) email to say that i successfuly installed wordpress. The link to my website is there and the link to my admin account is there but when i click to access my admin account it pretty much says the page doesnt exist.

  • Hi, Mikeyriz, & welcome to the WordPress support forum. When I click the link to your admin site, I receive a login page, which is expected behavior. Could you try clearing your browser cache & try again? Also, what browser are you using?
