My Admin Pages Error

My admin page is not showing up.Basically, when I visit the Admin section, no pages are displaying or are turning up.
When logging in to Admin, all the menu choices on the left side, but when I click on any of them, no page is shown on the right side.
Including Posts, Media, Links, Pages, etc. After i click on “Post” for example, no page submissions are display on the right.
I’ve cleared cache and have no problem accessing my other WordPress site’s admin section.
It has been about two months since I’ve logged in–perhaps this is due to a PHP update? Any thoughts on how to get back access to be able to make updates and posts could be extremely helpful.
