• Hi Team,

Thanks for your great plugin, I am using your free version of “easy-coming-soon” plugin.

I made all the changes in localhost as per our requirement and when we deployed the same website in our server at that time when i go to the easy-coming-soon page setting in admin section and try to upload (or change url link) background-image and when i click on save options button it will gets logged out to my admin section instead of saved the background-image.

I have changed all the links to server links, but for background image case why (why it will redirect to logged out from admin panel) it is not saving.

First time I have face that type of issue after local to server deployment.

    please suggest me proper way.

  • Hi gopal1234,

It is possible that plugin conflict. I checked our “easy coming soon” plugin on server. it is perfect works on our end.

I request you that please deactivate all plugins you are installed. after that activate our “easy coming soon” plugin and upload background image and click on save button.

I hope it will works correctly.

    Thanks
    Prakash

    Hi Prakash,

I have deactivated all plugins and activate our “easy-coming-soon” plugin, but the same issue is here.

    Screenshot

Find above screenshot for your reference, still it will take localhost image and when i upload our own image and try to save it, it will directly logged out our admin portal instead of save it.

Even when i click on “Restore Default” happened the same.

    Thanks,
    Gopal

    Hi gopal1234,

It may be theme confilict. also deactivate your current theme. then activate wordpress default theme.

After this you check backgorund setting. and refresh your website url.

    Thanks
    Prakash
