My admin user lost administrator permissions

We had a crash some days ago and lost all kind of access to our WordPress. After upload previous files complete via FTP, all content of these directories: wp-include, wp-admin and wp-content, to the server again, and after using force-upgrade.php, we have got to access login again, but surprise: our admin account only have credentials of author, no administrator permission anymore.

We empty all caches: pages and database, checked user permissions on C-Panel for the e-mail linked to admin account, but did not work.
