My anti spam plug-in is showing multiple weird entries

It sounds like a bot, but if your antispam is getting it, it means the integration is working well https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#cleantalk-anti-spam since the plugin integrates to Forminator.

Do you have any security plugin?

If not, we suggest using the WPMU DEV Defender plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/defender-security/

Could you also share a screenshot of those entries so we can verify some of the IPs?
