Backend admin page break after install and activate the plugin

  • Hi there,

    I tried this plugin and clicked install, but after I clicked activate, the whole WordPress backend went offline. I have been troubleshooting for few days and am seeking help to find out what happened. The frontend look normal at this stage just the whole backend is offline no error log or nothing just a msg on the backend

    wordpress 5.6.8

    I have tried the following but nothing work at this stage, pleas help, thank you

    • Enable debug in WordPress
    • Roll back your site
    • Revert to a default theme
    • Disable all plugins
    • Raise the PHP memory limit
    • Increase the max upload file size and text processing functions
    • Clear your site cache

    thanks wayes001, my site is running php 7.4

    Note, not sure if this is related but through my testing, I didn’t see any changes reflected on the site and its bit odd.
