    my backend dokan dashboard not showing , it only shows fresh circle. how to solve it ,and i deactive other plugins ,but the dokan dashboard still do not show .

    I understand this can be annoying.

    Make sure you are using the [dokan-dashboard] shortcode on the page and you have selected the page under wp-admin > Dokan > Settings > Page settings.

    Also, try with a different theme as well. You can use any of the default themes i.e. Storefront/Dokan and let me know how it goes.

    i mean the Dokan backend dashboard in the wordpress dashboard can not load , so i can not set any thing, and my theme is divi .

    Thanks for clarifying the trouble.

    Are you using any translation on the site? If so, try without the translation.

    Also, make sure you are using the correct permalink structure as stated here – https://wedevs.com/docs/knowledge-base/dokan-multivendor/fix-404-error-in-product-edit-page/
