my blog page is not found and all posts can’t be shown under blog page

Hi, I just create my website, and I met the trouble in setting up my blog page.
Here is the situation:
My theme is Twenty Seventeen.
I set up homepage displays: “blog” as my post page and another page as the homepage.
My homepage can display very well.
However, when I click “blog”, it shows”OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.” and it can’t show any posts.
Furthermore, when I create the posts, it permalink show savemoneylife.com/’posttitle’.
I have tried to search for solutions, but no idea to fix it.

Now I have to switch homepage display as “latest posts”, it works very well. ALL my posts are on the main pages. However, it is not what I want. I have to use this solution temporally so that I can launch my blog.
