My blog page looks funny.

  • My blog looks funny when I open it. If I click on the “preview” when I am editing posts, it looks fine, but when you open the actual blog online, right after the first post looks distorted and weird… does anybody else have this problem? I really need help!

  • i did have that issue along time ago u might want to double check your css or widget that might cause that issue

    How do I do that? I don’t have any idea of the settings…

    i been looking at your post it seem the image u posted is too big u might want to resize the image to fit your theme

    of course i might be wrong. It could be the post u add https://gonnagetwed.com/blog/2013/06/19/anatomy-rsvp-card/ might be the reason it mess up u could try start over and redo to fixed it. Your other post seem to be ok to me.

    The reasons why your blog looks funny can be:
    -too many markup errors with unclosed tags
    -your theme Twenty Ten that is not updated for long
    -a very old version of WordPress 3.2.1
    -and possibly some plugins that may need updating
    So, start with updating plugins, theme and WordPress
    Make sure that you backup your site first so that you can restore your site if anything goes wrong.

    Hi,

    How did you fix your problem?

    I currently have a problem with distorting page. Every time I add link to another website or on my site in a post, it distorts the page once it is published, particularly where the Facebook share icon is located. I’m still new to WordPress so I don’t know why it is doing this. Here is the link to my latest blog post for you to see what I mean. If the link is to another page on my site that page is also distorted too. It is really annoying as I should be able to do some thing so basic!
