Where is your site hosted?

My site is hosted by opitical host.
I could not recover following the steps recommended wordpress.

Do you have a backup of your site from before it was hacked? OR does your host?

I’m trying to contact the company that is hosting the blog but I can not, because it is Sunday.
What can I do to regain access to it?

Do you have FTP or other file manager your hosting company uses (i.e. Cpanel) set up? You’ll have to use the resources above – have you read through ALL of those article?
