My blog's home page won't display any longer

I created my blog https://rchapanis.wordpress.com years ago, and I’ve referred lots of people to it by simply including the link https://rchapanis.wordpress.com in an email. But, now, when someone clicks this link, all that appears is another link, specifically:

rchapanis.wordpress.com/ – private
A description for this result is not available because of this site’s robots.txt – private – learn more – private.

What’s happened, and how can I correct it?
