My Blog/Website won't update any settings till I "update" or post.

  • Working on tweaking my design and I have to “update” a post or Page to get it to take. Of course I save the settings but nothings happens till I actually post. Any ideas of what is causing it?

    I have dumped my cache. Restarted and it was working after all recent updates. I dropped the site and started over to get a clean start after trying out a lot of plug-ins.

    Using 3.5 with Scylla Lite as a theme. No extra plug-ins except Jetpack,Akismet,WP Super Cache. Jetpack is the only one activated.

    Seems I had to uninstall WP Super Cache completely instead of just deactivating it. It’s quite possible I don’t grasp how the plugin works exactly. But until I decide to venture into faster browsing, this has fixed the problem.
