My Book Table page doesn't show on blog

I just migrated to WordPress from Blogger last week – had a pro do it – but I’m on my own now making my blog over within the WP tools. Plug-ins are new – but finding the My Book Table plug-in was great. Problem is, it shows up in the left sidebar admin where I can manage the info and books loaded onto the page, and it is listed as a published page in the Pages listings – except – it does NOT show on the blog and I have no idea how to get the information I build in the My Book Table section to the Pages listing with the other pages under my header. How do I import my book listings to the Page under Pages? I don’t know beans about “permalinks” and “meta – whateva” – I need baby simple step by step take-me-by-the-hand in layman’s terms kinda help. Brain on overload. Thanks for any help in this matter. Launching my little book this month and need my blog in order.
