    Hey Guys,

    So when a visitor signs up to attend an event and creates an account during the booking process. The details of that event should show up in their “My Bookings” page right? On my site they don’t seem to be showing up.

    So I have the latest version of EM installed on the latest version of WP. I have built a clone of the site and disabled every plugin and reverted back to the default WP 2015 theme and then rejoined the event and still it didn’t show up.

    Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

    Cheers,
    Sam

    Nope I mean the actual page which when you click edit shows CONTENTS

    Hello there,

    To clarify, when a user chooses to attend an event and books a place, is there a way to show that booking anywhere? Or is it all done via email?

    The My Bookings page should show the details of the booking. Is that not working for you?

    (@samvaliant)

    Nope it’s not sadly. All of my plugins etc are upto date. I’ve gone through the settings several times but still can’t find anything to relate to it.

    What happens when you visit the My Bookings page? Are you getting an error page, a page that says My Bookings but has no content, or something else?

    It just comes up saying “No events”.

    You can see for yourself if you sign up for this event https://www.limehousetownhall.co.uk/events/memento-audio-tour/ please put test in the comments box so I know it’s only a test booking.

    Is that page set as the My Bookings page under Events > Settings > Pages > Other pages?

    Does the contents of that page contain only the CONTENTS placeholder? There should be no [my_bookings] shortcode within the content.

    (@samvaliant)

    Yep it’s set as the page for “My bookings page”, “Edit events page” and “Manage bookings page”

    And yep the only content on that page is “CONTENTS”

    Hence why I’m so confused.

    Ah got it working! I pointed the “Edit events page” and “Manage bookings page” to none.

    I’m guessing we can’t have more than one section per page?

    yes, that is correct.

    Cool thanks ??

    I have the pages set to

    My Bookings Page -> My Bookings (Only thing on this page is the word CONTENTS)
    Edit Events Page -> None
    Manage Bookings Page->None

    And I still get the error “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

    Also, customers are having the issue that they will hit SEND BOOKING, need to go back and make an edit but it says “You have already booked a spot at this event in your Itinerary, please modify or delete your current booking.” and they have no way to get to the bookings. I have ALLOW MULTIPLE BOOKINGS enabled but no luck.
