My Captcha Image cannot "Reset"

  • Hi there,

    I’m using this plugin, everything works fine but my captcha image cannot “reset”. When I click “reset” icon, it doest “reset”.

    May I know what goes wrong here?

    I’m using latest cforms II v11.9
