my catagories not shown. All lost!!

Hi there,
while adding a not in a catagory my all catagory lost. when i enter my page catagory section writes ” there is no any catagory”. my all befrore notes changed to uncatagorised. when i enter my admin page, i dont see my catagories. all empty. but when i try to create new one (old one names) i receive ” this catagory allredy created” message.
how can i solve that problem. why it occured?
