  • Hi @aweos

How can I filter to obviously not sync products without images?

From what I understand, you’re having trouble with your Facebook catalog ads showing products without images. This could be due to a synchronization issue between WooCommerce and Facebook. Normally, when your products sync from WooCommerce to Facebook, all product details, including images, should sync automatically.

But don’t worry, if the products you’re syncing don’t have images, there’s an easy solution. You can use the ‘Exclude tags from sync‘ option found in the Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab to prevent these products from syncing automatically.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Head to your WordPress dashboard and click on ‘Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync‘.
    2. Look for the ‘Exclude tags from sync‘ option. Here, you can add the tags of the products you want to exclude from syncing. You might want to create a specific tag for products without images and add this tag in the ‘Exclude tags from sync‘ field.

Please remember that after you make these changes, it might take a bit of time for them to show up on Facebook due to the synchronization process.
