My certificate is not being generated

    Hi! I have a problem! My certificate is not being generated. I tried different certificates and different courses but certificate is not being generated

    WordPress: 6.4.3
    Tutor LMS and Tutor LMS Pro: 2.6.
    Tutor LMS Certificate Builder: 1.0.4
