My chat plugin not work in PC

  • Hi everyone,
    I got a problem when my chat plugin can work on mobile but not in PC.
    When I use incognito browser, it can display but I cannot login to facebook.
    When I use a cached browser, the plugin can display but just turn aroung.
    Are there any recommendation
