    Hi @enumaelle,

Luckily, the Cookie Banner already appears correctly on my end when visiting the site (screenshot here).

Note that you have the option “Respect Do Not Track settings in browsers” enabled in the plugin, found under Wizard > General > Security & Consent.

Meaning that if the plugin detects a Do Not Track signal from the browser (which browsers such as Firefox have enabled by default), the plugin will automatically assume all your cookie preferences to be “denied”, and doesn’t display a banner as a result.

Disabling that option in Complianz, or disabling the “Send a Do Not Track” option in your browser, will resolve this behavior and cause the banner to appear.

    Kind regards, Jarno

Great, that was the problem! Thanks a lot!

One more question: I accidentally deleted the content of the “Cookie Policy” page generated by Complianz…
Do you have any idea how to generate it again? Because I’ve started the procedure again with the wizard, but the content still doesn’t appear…

    Thanks again

    Hi @enumaelle,

Great, and no worries; all you have to do is navigate to the Documents -> Create Documents step (near the end of the Wizard), and click the Create pages button once.

It doesn’t work, I get the message: “All the necessary pages have already been created. You can update the page titles here if you wish, then click on the “Update pages” button.

In short, I can’t regenerate the doc ??

    Hi @enumaelle,

That means that the page still exists. You will likely have to edit the existing Cookie Policy (EU) page and add the following shortcode on the page (e.g. in a Custom HTML or Shortcode block):

    [cmplz-document type="cookie-statement" region="eu"]
