“My content and settings” – opens to empty new window

We run WPDiscuz (7.3.1) on three websites (WP 5.8), and in all cases clicking on the “My content and settings” icon opens a new empty tab/window.

Is there something we can do to address this? I’ve tried updating to 7.3.2, but this does not appear to resolve the issue in my local environment.
