My CSS and Images don't show for my Mobile theme

It took me a full day to decide to bring this issue that seems unique to just me as i have perused the entire internet without anyone having a similar problem. Here’s my issue:

I custom built a two themes (desktop and mobile) I used the WP AppTouch plugin to select the option of the mobile theme should it detect a mobile device and it works perfectly on my local server. I uploaded it to a live test server but the mobile theme doesn’t seem to be connecting to either the css stylesheet or the images. I’m confused as i don’t know what else to do. What could be the problem? Thanks in anticipation.
